Dr. Faisal Al Zidgali, MBChB, is a Consultant Neonatologist and Chair of the Neonatology Division at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in SSMC.

Dr. Al Zidgali received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree from Glasgow University Medical School in the UK and continued further pediatric and neonatal training throughout the UK. He was a Consultant Neonatologist, Clinical Lead and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University Hospital of South Manchester for 10 years before joining Corniche Hospital, Abu Dhabi, in 2013.

As a member of the SEHA Neonatology Service Line Council, a Neonatal licensing examiner for the Department of Health and a Tasneef auditor for the Department of Health Maternity and Neonatology Peer Review Group, Dr. Al Zigdali is heavily involved in neonatal affairs at a national level. Licensed both in the UAE and the UK, Dr. Al Zidgali provides patients with a comprehensive and compassionate continuum of care.
